Pricing

Hosts set their own prices for boarding, day-care, walking and other services — PET BNB does not fix service prices. The price you see on a host's profile is the host's price; taxes are extra and shown separately before you pay.

Payments for bookings in India are collected securely in INR via Cashfree Payments, our RBI-licensed payment gateway. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by the gateway — PET BNB never stores card or UPI credentials.

• Service commission on each booking: 15–25% of the host's booking price — Depends on the host's city tier and plan. Deducted before the host's payout.
• GST on the commission: 18% GST (extra) — GST applies to the platform commission, on top of the listed price, at applicable rates.
• Pet parent booking fee: ₹0 — Pet parents browse and book for free; the host's price is what you pay plus applicable taxes.
• Host club membership (optional): ₹99–₹299/month — Unlocks priority booking, discounts and emergency support. Cancel anytime.

GST treatment: displayed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is applied on the platform commission and on club membership fees. Input tax credit documentation is available on request.

• Tier 1 metro: ₹299/mo — Largest cities — priority placement in search, dedicated support.
• Tier 2 city: ₹199/mo — State capitals and large cities — standard support and promotion.
• Tier 3 town: ₹99/mo — Smaller towns — community features and standard support.

Every booking payment is split three ways: the independent host receives the majority share, the platform deducts its service commission, and where a booking comes through a franchise partner (affiliated local operator), the partner receives a share of the platform's fee — a 75/25 split of the platform fee between the partner and PET BNB.

Example (₹1,000 booking): with a 25% commission, the host receives ₹750 and the platform fee is ₹250 (₹195 to the referring partner, ₹55 to PET BNB). GST at 18% is added on the commission portion. Hosts are paid out to their bank account after the stay is completed, less the applicable commission and taxes.
