About Us

PET BNB is an online marketplace platform by Zoa Zone Services that connects pet parents with verified pet boarding, day-care and pet-care hosts. We provide the booking software and payment facilitation; services are delivered by independent hosts.

PET BNB is a product of Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd (India) and Zoa Zone Services LLC (USA). Our India operations are headquartered at 376, G3, Road No 82, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500096, India, with global operations managed from 1770 Grand Concourse 12A, Bronx, NY 10457, USA.

• Marketplace: pet parents browse verified hosts for boarding, day-care, overnight stays, walks, home visits, grooming and pet taxi services.
• Booking software: we handle discovery, availability, matching, consents, handover records, updates and reviews.
• Payment facilitation: we collect booking payments securely and split them between the independent host, the franchise partner (where applicable) and the platform.

The pet-care services themselves are delivered by independent hosts, not by PET BNB or Zoa Zone Services. Every host is identity-verified and their premises are reviewed before they can accept bookings, and both parties sign consent and agreement documents before each stay.
